Electronics giant Samsung has revealed a high-performance consumer-oriented modular desktop. ArtPC pulse, cylindrical full metal body, new modular PC from Samsung resembles Apple’s Mac Pro. It can challenge traditional views of how a regular desktop PC should look and operate. Additionally, consumers can customize this new PC for expanded storage with an easy-to-add module.
Over last few years regular desktop PCs have faced a decline in popularity. Serious PC users have now started showing interest in assembling their PCs. These tense situations have forced desktop PC manufacturers to come out with new solutions. These new modular PC allows users to customize any components as per their wish.
Tech analysts have predicted Samsung could lose over $7 billion in revenue due to battery issue of Galaxy Note 7. They will be hoping the eye-catching ArtPC Pulse can distract consumers from the damage of Note 7.
Talking about the design ArtPC Pulse is a credible bidding among other PCs. With typical ultra space-saving design and some serious hardware inside, Samsung could attract to business personal and game-lovers.
According to the specification released by Samsung, the ArtPC Pulse’s metal body design makes it around 87 percent more compact than a regular PC.
It weighs only 8.6 pounds and measures up at 5.5 x 5.5 x 12.2 inches.
For built–in audio performance, the company has integrated a Harmon Kardon 360-degree omnidirectional speaker into the Pulse’s top. Towards the upper part of the ArtPC design, there are some noticeable differences.
The PC looks like a gas cooker as blue pulses appear in the chassis area, as well as there’s also circular ambient lighting around the whole body which makes a difference from the Apple’s Mac Pro.
At the current moment, there are only two different configurations for the new ArtPC Pulse listed on Amazon Marketplace for $1,199 (approximately Rs. 80,000) and $1,599 (approximately Rs. 1.06 lakhs).
The $1199 model equipped with super fast 2.7GHz Intel Core i5 processor.
It has 8GB of DDR4 RAM, and incredible 2GB AMD Radeon RX 460 graphics card.
The product comes with inbuilt 256GB SSD and four USB ports.
The $1,599 PC model comes with super fast 3.4GHz Intel Core i7 processor and massive16GB RAM and 1TB SATA HDD with 256GB SSD.

The ArtPC Pulse will ship with a Windows ten preinstalled; It means customers won’t have to waste time for Windows installation process.
Samsung’s new ArtPC is now available for pre-order via Amazon in the US only. This product will become available on October 28 globally.
